They are seeking a talented paralegal to manage and improve their commercial contract repository, focusing on the review and processing of private jet flight services contracts while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop a solid understanding of the company’s product and business goals

Use and maintain the company’s document, template, and contract repositories

Review client contracts to extract operational, legal and billing-related clauses ( g. , special terms, discounts, payment terms) and ensure data accuracy

Oversee the review and data extraction from existing contracts

Assess overdue accounts in partnership with Credit Control prior to legal escalation; prepare case summaries, including outstanding balances, collection history, and supporting documentation, for legal review and LBA issuance

Manage the process regarding default tracking by coordinating with Commercial, Finance, and Legal to ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions and proactive issue resolution

Assist with the global litigation and legal portfolio ( g. , investigations, letters before action, cease & desists, e-discovery, mediations, subpoenas, SARs, settlements)

Prepare, organize and coordinate the creation of documents and the filing thereof

Support the review, processing, and analysis of external counsel / vendor invoices

Assist the team with administrative matters

Organize meetings, take notes, and prepare actionable summaries for stakeholders

Required

Between 3-5 years' experience in a similar role

Demonstrable contract experience

Strong reading comprehension skills, with “No project too small” attitude

Fastidious; pays meticulous attention to all details

Self-starter – able to work autonomously from time-to-time

Excellent English communication skills both orally and in writing

Responsive – able to monitor and engage with occasional work requests outside of standard working hours, particularly during peak periods (g., end of month, quarter and year)

Digital literacy with a robust understanding of business tools (MS Office, etc.)

Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges

Interest in Aviation, Luxury, and/or Travel
