Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day caseload, including calling clients back, following up on treatment, managing insurance claims, managing medical insurance claims, writing demands, and negotiating and settling cases

Managing the day-to-day litigation, including adhering to court deadlines and states, taking depositions, eventually taking medical proof, and trying a case to verdict

Drafting discovery responses, drafting initial pleadings and our discovery requests, creating medical billing summaries, following up on liens, scheduling IMEs with clients, following up on IMEs with clients, assisting with closing and making sure all liens are paid and finalized, creating different graphics such as medical charts or evidence charts for trial
