Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing surgical clients, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement officers
Identify new business opportunities within the surgical market by analyzing customer needs and industry trends
Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase surgical devices and solutions
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to meet both client needs and company objectives
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring product performance expectations are met
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, clinical support, and product development to tailor solutions for clients
Analyze sales data and market feedback to develop strategic account plans that maximize growth potential
Stay informed about advancements in surgical techniques, medical technologies, and competitive products within the healthcare industry

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales within the medical or healthcare industry, particularly in surgical or medical device sales
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
Excellent account management capabilities with a focus on building long-term client relationships
Proficiency in conducting compelling product demos and technical sales presentations
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels within healthcare organizations
Outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities
Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic planning
Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical device sales regulations and compliance standards
