3+ years expWestern Aircraft is seeking Mobile Response Team (MRT) Maintenance Technicians based in Boise who will travel for aircraft repair and maintenance. The technicians will utilize test equipment and hand tools to ensure aircraft meet FAA and manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities
Ensures proper care of customer property through all phases of work
Accurately completes required paperwork and work order details in Corridor
Continually keeps clean and organized work area including personal tool box
Meets or beats flat rates for assigned tasks
Understands and follows safety procedures, and utilizes support equipment in a safe manner to accomplish work
Qualification
Required
Minimum three (3) years' experience in general business aviation
Owns hand tools to complete work (list will be provided)
Requires extensive travel
Extensive experience with general aviation aircraft and ability to complete projects with no supervision required
Airframe & Powerplant certifications required
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills and ability to follow directions
Organized and detail oriented
Effective oral and written communication skills
Positive attitude, professional appearance and demeanor
Basic sheet metal skills and/or basic electrical capabilities considered a plus
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge
Valid Driver's License
