Qualification

Required

Demonstrated expertise in mammalian cell culture, including human and rodent cell lines, stem cells, primary cells, and their various workflows
Hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing reporter assays to industry standards
Proficiency in flow cytometry, cell sorting, quantitative PCR (qPCR), and immunocytochemistry (ICC) techniques
Proven track record developing and executing in vitro cell-based assays across 2D, 3D, spheroid, and organoid models
Meticulous technical writing skills and strong oral communication ability, complemented by excellent organizational acumen
Thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven start-up environment; exhibits outstanding interpersonal skills and collaborates effectively with scientific and business stakeholders
Advanced degrees (M.S. or Ph.D.) and 1–3 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry

Preferred

Significant experience with human stem cell research and stem cell culture techniques
Comprehensive knowledge of cell-based assay design and data interpretation
Familiarity with GMP/GLP laboratory practices and quality systems is advantageous
Exposure to cell culture automation technologies is a strong plus
