AccruePartners is a privately held consumer goods manufacturer looking for a Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR strategy across all facilities. This role involves designing and implementing HR processes, managing incentive programs, and ensuring compliance while shaping the company's culture and talent engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead HR strategy across all facilities and elevate the function to a true business partner
Design and scale HR processes for recruiting, training, culture, and engagement
Manage incentive and retention programs that motivate employees, drive performance, and support long-term talent engagement
Ensure the organization attracts the right talent and keeps them engaged
Shape culture through programs, incentives, training, and employee development initiatives
Drive compliance and HR best practices across all facilities to ensure consistency and scalability
Act as a trusted partner to executives and plant managers, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on support
Position the company as an employer of choice in the manufacturing industry
Qualification
Required
10+ years of HR leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
Strong expertise in recruiting, employee relations, retention, and compliance
Hands-on leader who can travel regularly to multiple facilities while managing corporate-level initiatives
Skilled in change management with examples of transforming HR departments into strategic, people-focused functions
Collaborative and approachable, with credibility across both leadership and frontline teams
Ability to travel 75% of the time to different manufacturing facilities across the SE
