Monitor and manage the sales pipeline and inbound communications, ensuring service availability and timely responses
Handle calls and emails from customers via the company's main phone line and support inbox; assist with scheduling and resolving customer concerns
Facilitate clear communication across departments to support alignment and operational efficiency
Identify and recommend ways to optimize workflows, documentation, and sales processes
Customize outreach communications to align with customers' needs and their stage in the sales journey
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident interacting with internal teams and external customers
Proficiency in CRM systems and communication platforms (email, messaging, scheduling tools)
Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and process-driven
