Sr Project Manager - Enterprise Transformation

Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of end-to-end transformation projects across multiple markets, including operational improvements, system and POS upgrades, rebranding efforts, and physical site transformations
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align goals, timelines, and resources across markets
Oversee project timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risk management to ensure successful delivery
Develop clear project documentation, including business cases, project charters, and post-implementation reviews
Support market-level rollout planning, ensuring operational readiness and minimal disruption to daily operations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and repeatability of market transformations
Build strong relationships with field operations and functional leaders to foster collaboration and accountability
Serve as a change agent, ensuring new systems and processes are effectively adopted
Collaborate with the PMO Leader to standardize project management processes, tools, and reporting practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive project management or operations experience, ideally in retail, automotive services, or other multi-site environments
Proven success leading cross-functional, multi-location projects from initiation through completion
Strong understanding of operational transformation, technology rollout, and branding initiatives
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet preferred)
PMP or other formal certifications are not required, but strong project management discipline is expected
Willingness to travel 20–25% as needed to oversee market transformations and engage with local teams
