Payroll Analyst

AccruePartners is a $15 Billion dollar market leader in the services industry and a Fortune 500 company. They are seeking a Payroll Analyst to analyze wage reporting, assist with month-end close procedures, and manage payroll-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

Analyze multi-state wage reporting for accuracy and completeness
Assist with month-end close procedures
Perform weekly review and matching of payroll items as well as non-matching items and reconciling journal entries to the correct amounts
Answer questions related to payroll tax and payroll banking
Audit union employee data, submitting monthly reports and required payments to each Local union
Ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualification

Payroll AccountingPayroll TaxWorkdayMulti-state PayrollUnion ExperienceCommunication Skills

Required

3+ years of Payroll experience with emphasis in Payroll Accounting and Payroll Tax
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with Workday payroll and reporting tools
Multi-state full cycle payroll experience in high volume fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required, or commensurate experience

Preferred

Union experience preferred
