Responsibilities
Formulate a comprehensive security approach addressing User Authentication, Single Sign-On, User Provisioning, Segregation of Duties, and role design, build, and test
Develop and deploy security solutions for user provisioning and fielding to large groups of end-users, ensuring alignment with the program's deployment/fielding plans
Engage with a broader team of Application Security, Technical, and Functional resources to execute the application security strategy
Demonstrate strong client-facing skills and the ability to integrate with other project teams
Report progress, risks, and issues to project technical and functional delivery leads
Qualification
Required
US CITIZEN
SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
MUST HAVE IT-II CERT (IE SECURITY+)
Expertise in software applications such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Appian, GRC, Nextlabs, and Sailpoint IGA
Deep understanding of security concepts, including SAP Role-based access control, Attribute-based access control via NextLabs, and Position-based security via S/4HANA Defense & Security
Proven track record of managing security within complex environments, particularly within the defense industry
Strong client-facing skills
Ability to navigate the complexities of application security
Experience interfacing with various project stakeholders
Strategic mindset towards problem-solving
Leadership to drive security initiatives that support the Department's mission-critical operations
Preferred
Familiarity with Single Sign-On mechanisms
Familiarity with authentication protocols
Familiarity with user provisioning systems
Familiarity with segregation of duties frameworks
