Conduct thorough resident assessments and maintain comprehensive records
Stay informed of regulatory changes and implement best practices to ensure compliance
Serve as a resource for staff on MDS documentation and coding guidelines, offering expertise and support
Qualification
Required
Active RN license with demonstrated experience in MDS coordination
Strong knowledge of MDS 3.0 and the RAI process
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, with a knack for detail and precision
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Familiarity with long-term care regulations and reimbursement systems
