Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects
Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and support career development
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Guide the development of scalable, standards-compliant power system architectures
Ensure alignment with performance, reliability, and operational objectives
Review and approve high-impact designs and proposals
Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to align technical solutions with customer needs
Facilitate communication between technical and commercial stakeholders
Drive resolution of complex technical challenges across disciplines
Support strategic business development efforts with technical leadership
Oversee RFI/RFP responses and ensure high-quality technical documentation
Represent IEM in key customer engagements and industry forums
Champion digital transformation and integration of emerging technologies
Evaluate new tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance solution delivery
Engage with vendors and industry partners to stay ahead of trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (master's preferred)
8+ years in power system architecture, with 3+ years in leadership role
Deep knowledge of UL, IEEE standards, and industry best practices
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Microgrid and advanced energy applications
Power equipment sales or commercial collaboration
Innovation leadership and vendor engagement
