Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Lead Developer

CTEC is a leading technology firm that provides modernization, digital transformation, and application development services to the U.S. Federal Government. They are seeking a highly skilled and certified RPA Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Engineer to support the development, deployment, and sustainment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of RPA infrastructure using UiPath Studio, Robot, and Orchestrator
Administer and manage UiPath Orchestrator environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and sustainment
Develop and deploy attended and unattended RPA solutions to meet operational needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions
Maintain system documentation and support compliance with security and operational standards

Required

Strong background in RPA Infrastructure Engineering or Systems Engineering
Expert-level knowledge and certification in UiPath development and Orchestrator setup
Proven experience deploying and managing attended and unattended RPA capabilities
Demonstrated ability to manage UiPath server services, databases, and file shares
At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing RPA solutions, including installation and maintenance of UiPath Studio, Robot, and Orchestrator
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience and/or certifications may be considered
DoD-approved Security+ 8570 Compliant Certification is required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
