Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with leadership and staff to define and execute HR strategies that propel our business objectives forward
Establish, implement, and oversee human resources policies and programs, providing expert counsel and assistance to employees and management
Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, addressing root causes of HR and employee relations issues to foster a positive workplace
Analyze trends and metrics related to talent acquisition, attrition, diversity, and performance to develop innovative solutions, programs, and policies
Play a significant role in administering talent management and succession planning activities within the client organization
Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes
Provide counsel to management on developing and implementing plans to promote employee engagement and positive employee relations
Perform project management duties and team facilitation to drive HR initiatives
Advise management on all aspects of employee performance management with a strategic approach to communication
Drive L3Harris’s business operating system (“e3”) principles and processes, focusing on administrative excellence and process improvement within the IT organization and HR function

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or a related field with 6 years of HR experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of HR experience with increasing scope and responsibility

A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for driving positive change and continuous improvement
Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analytics tools
Experience with Team Facilitation, Change Management, Project Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, and Organizational/Management Development
Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching and consulting skills
Ability to identify root cause and underlying issues and link situations to the bigger picture
Adaptability, with the ability to successfully operate in a matrix environment
Attention to detail
Efficiency in MS Office software products like Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
