Responsibilities
Hands-on AR responsibilities with planned expansion into AP over time
Exposure to ERP (SAP) processes and reconciliation work
Cross-functional experience working with sales and customer service teams
Opportunity to grow breadth of skills across receivables and payables
Provides immediate support to stabilize AR function after recent turnover
Strengthens collections, cash application, and reconciliation efforts
Bridges AR and AP as the company rebalances responsibilities from Brazil to the U.S
Improves controls and visibility for finance leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
1–3 years of accounts receivable experience with willingness to learn AP
Strong customer service and communication skills
ERP/Excel skills and eagerness to work in a global, cross-functional team
