Urology - Research Faculty-Tenure Track (Associate or Professor)
The Ohio State University is a leading academic institution seeking a Urology Research Faculty member for a tenure-track position. The successful candidate will be a nationally or internationally recognized investigator with an established research program in genitourinary malignancies, particularly bladder and/or prostate cancer, and will engage in collaborative research and mentorship.

Responsibilities
Engage in collaborative research that strengthens and expands existing institutional partnerships
Contribute to the training and mentorship of graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, residents, and clinical fellows
Demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching and mentorship, actively contributing to the academic development of trainees across all levels
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that cultivates the next generation of scientific and clinical leaders in oncology
Qualification
Required
A medical degree or a terminal research degree (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
An actively funded research program in basic or translational research relevant to bladder and/or prostate cancers
A record of scholarly achievement and funding capabilities appropriate to the applicant's seniority and professional experience
Demonstrated potential for successfully teaching and mentoring students, trainees, and/or junior faculty
Exceptional organizational and communication skills for work in an interdisciplinary department
Qualifications for an academic appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor rank in the Department of Urology
