Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to provide technical expertise during business development and proposal efforts
Interpret project specifications and guide estimation and design teams
Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and technical documentation
Develop scalable, standards-compliant power system architectures
Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and operational goals
Evaluate and select components based on technical and commercial criteria
Recommend design optimizations and alternative solutions
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineering teams
Refine solutions based on customer and stakeholder feedback
Represent IEM at industry events and promote technical solutions
Mentor teams and support training initiatives to scale expertise
Influence technical and commercial strategies to differentiate IEM solutions
Advocate for technology integration and digital transformation
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in electrical engineering
5+ years in power system architecture
Expertise in UL, IEEE standards and industry practices
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience in OEM
Microgrid applications
Power equipment sales or commercial collaboration
Innovation leadership and vendor engagement
