Denholtz Properties is seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join their team as a Part-Time Groundskeeper and Apartment Get-Ready Handyman. This role is essential to maintaining the appearance and functionality of property grounds and ensuring apartments are ready for new residents.

Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of outdoor common areas

Assisting in preparation of vacant apartments for new residents

Performing light routine maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and/or other minor electrical or plumbing issues

Communicating effectively with other team members and residents

Some on-call work for emergencies as needed
