Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Managers and ICs; ensure delivery quality, talent growth, and succession readiness

Represent integration in executive forums; align departmental efforts with long-term business and platform goals

Sponsor strategic initiatives that drive innovation, automation, onboarding throughput, and client satisfaction

Lead execution of high-impact programs; ensure documentation, ownership, and delivery momentum across workstreams

Develop staffing plans, succession strategies, and performance frameworks across functions

Resolve escalations with cross-org impact; maintain delivery accountability across teams

Advise senior stakeholders on operational strategy, tooling, and organizational impact

Communicate risks, outcomes, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership; influence decision-making through data and insight

Continuously improve processes to maximize scalability, efficiency, and organizational impact

Required

Deep experience in AdTech/MarTech ecosystems and enterprise consulting

Prior consulting experience with a focus on transformation and enterprise impact

15+ years of experience in a technical role

10+ years leadership experience, including managing managers

5+ years of experience in digital marketing technology

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
