Responsibilities

Drive the strategic vision and execution for all EG Brand-related programming
Manage the day-to-day of EG’s content calendar, fan engagement tactics and brand platforms, ensuring all EG initiatives are accounted for daily across all entities including but not limited to: Community initiatives and engagement tactics, Competitive calendar and league incentives deliverables, Entertainment/brand content programming with players/creators (internal or external to EG), EG and player owned social accounts including live streaming platforms
Create scalable programs that unlock new, repeatable revenue streams utilizing player likeness and EG IP
Project Management for overall Brand programming and marketing initiatives as needed
Develop and implement scalable content programming strategies that align with EG’s brand identity and resonate with the target audience (such as full calendar programming and live content and streaming campaigns) and fulfill league & tournament organizer requirements
Bridge the gap between casual content and EG esports titles, ensuring a cohesive and
Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors/contractors to ensure successful delivery of brand campaign deliverables or initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize EG online events, tournaments, and activities that foster community growth and regular engagement with the EG brand
Lead project management for all EG brand engagement initiatives, ensuring on time delivery, within scope, and project alignment with the organization’s objectives
Proactively identify potential issues, risks, and roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies

Required

4-7 years of experience in Brand Marketing and Operation
Prior experience driving digital marketing and content strategy
