In this role, you’ll ensure all fabricated and assembled components meet customer requirements, engineering drawings, and ISO 9001:2015 standards while working closely with the Process Engineer to maintain a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout production.

Responsibilities
Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections on metal fabricated parts
Verify conformance with drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
Record and report inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions
Support root cause and corrective action efforts
Maintain calibration of inspection and measuring tools
Participate in internal audits and help maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance
Communicate quality concerns to production and engineering teams
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)
Hands-on welding/fabrication knowledge; ability to read and interpret drawings and welding symbols
Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
Experience with FAI reports, PPAPs, and corrective action documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and ability to work independently
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE
