Responsibilities
Source, pitch, and win new mandates across Finance Systems (ERP, EPM, Analytics), SaaS, Cybersecurity, Renewables/Sustainability sectors
Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, placing candidates, and ensuring client satisfaction
Meet or exceed billing targets appropriate to a senior role (multi-hundred thousand USD annually) within set time frames
Help raise performance standards within the team
Assist in shaping growth strategy: help scale operations, improve processes, possibly contribute to expanding into new geographies or sectors
Qualification
Required
~5-7+ years in recruitment, with strong credentials in Financial Systems / ERP / EPM / data/analytics recruitment (or related sectors)
Demonstrated high yield billing; ability to show revenue achievements (e.g. >US$150-200k+ in a 12-month period, or equivalent performance in prior roles)
Individual contributor who can hit the ground running
Someone who has already operated at a 'senior consultant' or 'billing manager' level
Strong communicator, persuasive with clients & candidates
Authenticity, humility, hungry to progress
Clear goals for personal/professional development
Able to thrive in a high-performance, ambitious environment
Willingness to work in hybrid settings, travel as required
Open to mentoring others, adapting to fast scaling processes
