Responsibilities

Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks, forecasting and proactively addressing workload, financial performance, resource and staffing needs while collaborating with clients and teammates throughout the organization

Oversee and participate in the cultivation of existing client relationships including periodic client meetings, proposal and budget development, and obtaining feedback in conjunction with Marketing and Practice Area teammates

Prepare agreements and oversee the creation and approval of construction plans, bid documents, technical specifications and construction cost estimates

Analyze complex technical opportunities and devise new or improved techniques, approaches, and alternative solutions

Lead, coach, and mentor Team Members to achieve the goals and strategies for the Practice Area. Actively encourage career development, training and career path planning for all of your direct teammates

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

8+ years of progressive professional experience, including proven independent project management skills on small to mid-size projects and team coaching abilities

Successful completion of Project Management and Supervisor trainings, or demonstrated equivalent experience

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Solid client service and relationship management experience

Proficiency with project management tools, budgeting and scheduling

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Licensed Professional Engineer
