Set EPIC's scientific and technical agenda in coordination with stakeholders
Oversee modeling methodology, innovation planning, research engagement, and technical deliverable review
Lead integration of advanced earth system and ML techniques into operational workflows
Represent EPIC to external scientific bodies and at stakeholder events
Oversee technical publication and knowledge transfer activities

Required

PhD in atmospheric, earth system, or computational sciences
10+ years of industry experience
Renowned track record in NWP or large-scale modeling program leadership
