Responsibilities

Conducts complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives

Develops complex reports and analyses communicates the results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format

Required

Bachelors

Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts

Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability which enables data to be well presented and utilized

Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years

Preferred

Knowledge of Lean principles desired
