Corporate Services Program Manager

CAPTRUST is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee projects within their Corporate Services business line. This role focuses on enhancing services and ensuring operational excellence across various teams including HR, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Facilities, and IT, while managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Oversee the corporate services business line program to enhance services by improving processes and back-office operations
Ensure all projects contribute to the company’s strategic goals
Develop comprehensive program plans, timelines, and milestones for various initiatives within the Corporate Services business line
Efficiently allocate resources to ensure optimal productivity and success across multiple departments
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Monitor program budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial objectives are met
Track and report on program performance, using metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes and methodologies to enhance overall service delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field
10+ years of experience in program or project management

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, DevOps)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred

Experience in the financial services or wealth management industry
MBA or advanced degree in a related field
