Program Manager

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of key BAU initiatives
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and dependency maps using tools such as monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Excel
Facilitate program planning sessions, define objectives and success criteria, and track progress against deliverables
Identify and proactively mitigate risks, issues, and interdependencies across workstreams
Ensure documentation, communication, and change management practices are consistent across initiatives
Uphold and evolve PMO governance standards, ensuring programs adhere to defined frameworks and reporting protocols
Maintain dashboards and performance tracking to ensure visibility into program health, progress, and key decisions
Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives that strengthen HR Operations efficiency and service delivery
Drive accountability through recurring program reviews, steering committee updates, and action tracking
Partner closely with HR functional leads, HRIS, IT, and Finance to align program outcomes with organizational goals
Work collaboratively with product owners and business process owners within HR Centers of Excellence to ensure solutions meet functional and operational needs
Act as a connector between strategy and execution, ensuring priorities remain visible, achievable, and integrated across teams
Communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams to provide clear updates, insights, and recommendations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related discipline
5–7 years of experience in program or project management within HR, technology, or operations functions
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional programs with structured methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile hybrid)
Strong proficiency in program management tools (monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel)
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while balancing multiple priorities

Preferred

PMP or similar certification preferred but not required
