Responsibilities
Recruiting across Audit, FP&A, and Accounting functions
Managing candidate pipelines with minimal hand-holding
Engaging with candidates and building long-term relationships
Operating with autonomy and accountability
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of recruitment experience (agency background preferred)
Previous exposure to Accounting & Finance, Corporate Services, or Financial Operations
Confident working autonomously and taking full ownership of delivery
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable with high activity and fast pace
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver consistently
Collaborative mindset — thrives in a team-oriented, supportive environment
Motivated by results and earning potential rather than a high guaranteed base
