Member Care Intern
Alabama Credit Union is offering a part-time internship opportunity in their Member Care Department located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The Member Care Intern will design reports, research call center performance, represent the credit union at functions, and assist with member accounts while gaining valuable experience in customer service and team collaboration.

Responsibilities
Design and produce Member Care reports and create measurable call center performance trends
Research other call centers and similar retail business to discover opportunities to create an optimum call center experience for Alabama Credit Union members and staff
Attend civic and organizational functions to represent Alabama Credit Union
Help build a call center leadership and call center team building culture
Team with marketing to create social media programs where outcomes are measurable
Provide friendly, accurate service to all members and employees
Visit area branches and perform other duties necessary for call center support
Train for the duties as a telephone and support agent
Interact with members and credit union employees to assist with member accounts
Assist with check posting on days that ACU receives a substantial amount of mail
