Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all insurance products, promotions, and policy changes to offer accurate information to clients
Lead Management: Follow up on leads provided by the company, ensuring a high conversion rate through consistent and professional communication
Database Management: Accurately record client interactions and sales processes using the company’s CRM system
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations and company policies
Qualification
Required
Must possess an active Allstate Property & Casualty License
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential
A strong commitment to providing exceptional service and meeting client needs
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline
Proficiency with CRM tools and remote communication technologies is a must
Willingness to collaborate and contribute positively to a remote team dynamic
Preferred
Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is preferred
