Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices in AWS
Contribute to SmartSuite’s API-first framework and help expand our core messaging, data, and automation infrastructure
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using GoLang, React, and TypeScript, following modern development best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers—to build elegant, user-centric solutions
Optimize performance and reliability across the stack, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development, staging, and production environments

Required

3+ years of software development experience
Hands-on experience or a strong desire to work in GoLang, TypeScript, and React
Understanding of modern software architecture principles, cloud-native development, and microservice patterns
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
Strong communication skills and comfort working in agile, fast paced environments
A collaborative, curious mindset—you love solving hard problems and learning continuously
