Relativity Space is building rockets to meet the growing demand for launch capacity. The Manager of Vehicle Fluids will lead a team responsible for the design and delivery of fluid systems, ensuring integrated functionality across vehicle development.

Lead a team of vehicle fluid systems responsible engineers

System architecture design

CONOPs and control development

System analysis/simulation

Verification testing

Involved in every phase of vehicle development and operation

Owning a broad and significant scope of engineering problems across the entire vehicle

Required

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, technology, or mathematics field

8+ years of relevant engineering experience in a complex system development and/or test environment

Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with vehicle fluid or propulsion systems

Proven leadership experience, demonstrated through mentoring, managing complex interdisciplinary projects, supporting continuous improvement of the people around you, or participating in growing your team through hiring

Experience applying engineering fundamentals in fluid mechanics & thermodynamics

Clear evidence of ownership, problem-solving skills, and effective team collaboration
