Responsibilities
Designs, manages and improves cloud infrastructure across platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, ensuring high availability, security, and performance
Manages Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and associated identity and access management policies, including single sign-on (SSO), MFA, conditional access, and role-based access controls (RBAC)
Develops and automates operational tasks through Powershell scripting, Azure CLI and infrastructure-as-code practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Implements and monitors networking, virtualization, and containerization solutions including VMware, Docker, and Kubernetes to support enterprise-scale applications
Collaborates with cross-functional teams in alignment with agile and DevOps practices to deploy, maintain, and optimize cloud-based solutions
Monitors system health, logs, and alerts, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with security and quality standards
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years' experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or a related role with demonstrated ability to support enterprise-level solutions
Requires a high school diploma; an associate degree in computer science or information technology is preferred
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in cloud platforms, networking concepts, and automation tools, with hands-on experience in virtualization, containerization, and monitoring technologies
Preferred
An associate degree in computer science or information technology
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect
