Document Custody Operations Analyst - Assistant Vice President

The Document Custody Operations Analyst position is responsible for managing the operations of the Document Custody business, including receiving, storing, and shipping loan files while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Receiving team- receive, label, sort, and register all inbound files that arrive in the facility
File Put away- scan all files to a shelf location
Order Fulfillment- pick and pack orders scheduled for release and shipping
Inventory Control & Audit- intra and inter facility transfers, internal orders, audit, inventory related projects management
File Release and Shipping- release and ship orders
Qualification
Required
Relevant experience in a lead role in a distribution environment managing a team of 30+ people
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
ERP or WMS system experience
Experience working with Zebra Handheld scanners used for putaway and retrieval
Previous Document Custody experience or experience with Mortgage documents
Experience working with staffing agencies and leading a temporary workforce
Preferred
Advanced excel skills
Embtrust experience
Experience with operational improvement and change
