Responsibilities

Perform transfection using chemical, physical, and viral methods
Establish and maintain stable cell lines for mechanistic studies
Culture various mammalian cell lines
Perform cell-based functional assays (e.g., proliferation, invasion, migration)
Carry out molecular biology workflows including PCR/qPCR, siRNA knockdown, and electrophoresis
Perform Western blotting and immunofluorescence staining
Conduct imaging using fluorescence microscopy
Prepare samples for histological analysis
Manage breeding colonies of transgenic mice, genotyping, and sample collection
Perform surgical procedures (e.g., ischemia/reperfusion, unilateral ureteral obstruction)
Conduct rodent behavioral analyses and participate in veterinary procedures (injections, surgeries)
Perform statistical analysis and data visualization

Required

Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field
Minimum of 0-3 years of relevant postdoctoral research experience
Proven expertise in cell culture and Molecular & Cellular Biology Techniques
Demonstrated proficiency in in vivo models and surgical techniques
Publication record in peer-reviewed journals
