Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer
STR is focused on delivering National Defense capabilities by developing advanced technology systems. The Senior System Integration & Test Engineer will support integration and testing of multi-function RF systems, collaborating with development teams and domain experts to ensure components meet specifications.

Responsibilities
Working closely with domain experts, development teams, and systems engineers to design and develop hardware and software test environments
Hands on integration work in both hardware labs and field-test environments to ensure that software and/or hardware components are integrated into the system according to specification
Experience in preparing and delivering briefings, familiarity with the execution of technical reviews (SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TIMS, TRRs)
Participation in the Agile development process with a focus on developing system tests
Documenting and executing test plans and procedures
Capturing and communicating test results and metrics
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance, for which U.S. citizenship is needed by the U.S. Government
BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field with a minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Java, C/C++, Labview, or Python
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in I&T
Travel required
Preferred
Active Top Secret Security Clearance
Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas is desirable; Radar, Electronic Warfare, Acoustic, Antenna Apertures, Sensor Resource Management, Sea/Air/Space, Large-Scale Platform Test Systems, Cyber Physical Systems, Open System Architectures (UCI, OMS, COARPS)
Proficiency in automated test tools and techniques
Proficiency in bash scripting and Linux Operation Systems
Familiarity with MBSE tools such as Cameo (MagicDraw), Sparx Enterprise Architect, IBM Rational Rhapsody
Familiarity with specific government open architectures (e.g., Open Mission Systems)
