Responsibilities

Lead client engagements to assess needs and recommend tailored products and software solutions
Provide expert sales and product support to advisors, focusing on retirement plans and personal wealth strategies
Serve as the product and technology expert during the sales cycle, presenting solutions and offering technical guidance to prospects
Educate advisors and clients on product capabilities, financial wellness tools, and benefits
Support RFPs by reviewing products across plan types to ensure alignment with offerings and position the company favorably
Showcase software solutions that meet specific business requirements
Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and product management to communicate feedback and influence product enhancements
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development
Track market trends based on client needs and requests, providing expertise on complex assignments
Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and training sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences
Support new and existing clients through proactive solutioning, client meetings, and rebid support
Evaluate and negotiate mutually beneficial third-party relationships
Participate in cross-functional initiatives and attend finalist presentations
Assist with pricing and financial analysis for sales opportunities
Track activity using Salesforce and contribute to business impact reporting
Assist in developing training materials and user guides
Mentor various team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings
Support successful product implementation and ensure a positive adoption experience
Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies aligned with business goals
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in retirement planning, wealth management, product consulting, or solutions engineering
Series 6, 7, 63 & 65
Deep understanding of retirement products (401(k), IRAs, annuities), personal wealth strategies, and product lifecycle management
Strong technical acumen with experience in software, APIs, and integrations
Proven track record of successful client relationships and product implementations
Experience with CRM platforms and financial planning tools
Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Familiarity with financial wellness programs and digital advisory platforms
Experience in software development or technology sectors
Strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach and passion for helping clients achieve financial security
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or product analytics platforms
Ability to lead client education sessions and advisor training
Collaborative spirit with the ability to work across sales, product management, and engineering teams
