Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement
Plan and manage release schedules across multiple teams
Coordinate deployment activities and ensure compliance with change management processes
Communicate release plans, risks, and impacts to stakeholders
Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
Ensure quality standards are met before release
Track defects and oversee resolution processes
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Provide clear, timely updates on project status, risks, and deliverables
Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership and governance forums
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
2–4 years of experience in project management, Agile coaching, or Scrum Master role
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and release management processes
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
Preferred
Experience in QA processes and tools
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of financial services or enterprise technology environments
