Responsibilities
Maintain and share daily in/out records of battery pack movements
Communicate effectively with clients regarding yard and transportation status
Prepare and manage documents such as delivery schedules, inbound/outbound logs, and inventory sheets
Use Excel to organize and report logistics data accurately
Coordinate closely with internal teams (yard, dispatch, transportation)
Assist in resolving customer inquiries or service-related issues in a professional manner
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing roles
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Preferred
Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or customer service preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred
