Responsibilities
Own expert engagement from end to end: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling
Speak directly with experts and stakeholders across industries and time zones
Deliver on tight timelines across multiple fast-moving client workstreams
Understand business problems quickly and match them with relevant industry expertise
Drive outcomes through sound judgment, clear communication, and relentless follow-through
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
6–18 months of relevant professional or internship experience
Excited to partner with top-tier consulting clients (Tier 1, Tier 2, and elite boutiques)
Ambitious and competitive, with a drive to excel and a “no-task-too-small” mindset
A clear, persuasive communicator with sharp business instincts and professional polish
Thrives in deadline-driven environments and takes ownership of results
Resourceful and self-directed, with a bias for action and accountability for results
Authorized to work in the U.S
Strong fluency in verbal and written English
Preferred
3.5+ GPA preferred
