Technical Recruiter- (6 Month Contract)

They are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their Human Resources team, responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments to support the company's expanding operations.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and define position requirements
Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent pools, including leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
Recruitment Across Functions: Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles including (but not limited to): engineering, IT, sales, marketing, customer support, and operations
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and guide candidates through the recruitment process
Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on candidate qualifications, timelines, and recruitment goals
Employer Branding: Represent TP-Link's brand by promoting the company as an employer of choice through job postings, networking events, and other branding initiatives
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-fill metrics
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular hiring updates
Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with local labor laws, company policies, and industry standards
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various job postings and departments within an organization
Experience in collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and define position requirements
Ability to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent pools
Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles including engineering, IT, sales, marketing, customer support, and operations
Experience in reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screening interviews, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process
Ability to partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on candidate qualifications, timelines, and recruitment goals
Experience in promoting the company as an employer of choice through job postings, networking events, and other branding initiatives
Ability to continuously evaluate recruitment processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-fill metrics
