Responsibilities

Build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports, integrating AI-driven insights
Design interactive visuals for quick decision-making and predictive trend analysis
Apply advanced Power BI techniques (DAX, SQL, custom visuals) for complex scenarios
Automate manual reporting processes to improve scalability and reduce ad hoc requests
Refine report designs post-deployment for enhanced usability and relevance
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and AI opportunities
Research and integrate internal/external data sources aligned with business goals
Document high-quality requirements for analytics solutions
Translate business needs into technical specifications and prioritize projects
Conduct deep analysis using structured/unstructured data for actionable insights
Present data using intuitive visualizations, AI tools, and storytelling techniques
Integrate data across systems to support segmentation, outreach, and strategic initiatives
Leverage AI to automate tasks and drive innovative problem-solving
Analyze helpdesk data to support operations and automate recurring reports
Promote data literacy and foster a data-driven decision-making culture
Maintain and enhance the data catalog with AI-supported solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally for ad hoc reporting and continuous improvement
Proactively contribute innovative analytics ideas for operational efficiency

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of hands-on experience with large, complex datasets across multiple systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, advanced dashboard development)
Strong working knowledge of SQL for report development and analysis
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation tools
Familiarity with AI tools and techniques (Azure AI, Copilot, OpenAI APIs)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong documentation skills for data requirements, metadata, and reporting assets

Preferred

Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related discipline preferred
Experience with other data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik) is a plus
