Responsibilities

Scope and deliver new front-end and back-end product features in partnership with business, marketing, engineering and UX
Lead the A/B testing program to optimize site merchandising and customer experience
Develop and execute an expansive merchandising strategy, covering campaigns and evergreen products
Act as deputy launch lead, managing cross-functional readiness and issue resolution during high-impact sales
Partner with Operations to ensure seamless production, warehousing, and customer fulfillment
Analyze performance data, update forecasts, and recommend strategies for future sales and features

Qualification

Required

5–7 years in digital product management, ecommerce, or merchandising
Strong track record of shipping new product features and optimizing ecommerce experiences
Experience with A/B testing, merchandising, and data-driven decision making
Exceptional project management skills; comfortable running launch rooms and cross-functional initiatives
Familiarity with fulfillment and warehouse operations
Excellent communicator, capable of aligning technical and non-technical teams
