NatWest Markets Plc is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Securitization to join their growing team. The role involves underwriting, purchasing, and syndicating securitization transactions linked primarily to Private Credit, while also providing origination support and leading execution to align with the business strategy.

Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of client relationships, income streams, or new business opportunities

Risk analysis of new transactions

Lead the structuring and execution of securitisation transactions, working with clients, client facing teams, Trading, Finance, Legal, and other functions

The team operates a global model and there will be opportunities to work on both US and European customers

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in structuring or investing in Securitizations (especially Private Credit, Middle Market or BSL CLOs and ABLs) is highly desirable

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
