Kansas State University is inviting applications for the position of Director of the Institute for Community Design and Research at K-State, an interdisciplinary institute aimed at advancing community-based design and applied research. The Director will oversee the growth of service learning and engaged research initiatives while fostering collaborations beyond Kansas.

Lead the development, implementation, and growth of the College’s commitment to service learning and engaged research
Provide leadership and administrative support to sustain existing efforts and help new efforts grow
Shape a statewide and potentially regional model for revitalization through design
Build national visibility for the college and university
