Responsibilities
Assist application support teams in managing the full lifecycle of applications within the enterprise portfolio, ensuring smooth transitions from release to retirement
Administer, maintain, and drive enhancements for critical enterprise applications, including our Product Information Management (PIM) system (e.g., Salsify) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) system (e.g., Bynder)
Leverage your expertise in Incident and Problem Management to react swiftly and constructively to complex issues, prioritizing resolution based on urgency and business impact
Provide technical support for Electronic Data Exchange (EDI) platforms and help troubleshoot and maintain Application and Data Integration patterns (e.g., API, ETL, ELT)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all applications adhere to our internal architecture and security standards
Apply knowledge of Application Development Methodologies (Waterfall or Agile), DevOps practices, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) to identify and implement operational improvements
Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for applications to guarantee reliable service delivery to the business
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of Systems Architecture
Proven ability in problem-solving and analytical thinking
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse technical and business teams
