Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally to define and align on product roadmap and strategy
Define and document functional and technical requirements for new products and features
Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, UX design, data science, and risk teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant product delivery
Champion agile methodologies across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions efficiently
Integrate risk, compliance, and security considerations into product development and lifecycle management
Establish KPIs and metrics for monitoring product performance and compliance
Support new product development, go-to-market planning, and global rollout coordination
Develop executive-level communications and materials for internal and external audiences
Work closely with regional product teams to ensure global strategies are actionable and locally relevant
Qualification
Required
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Work Authorization: Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers
Preferred
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or engineering field such as industrial engineering, systems engineering, engineering management, computer science, software engineering, or product design
6 + years of experience in product management, technology product development, or a related field
Experience and comfort adapting to work on different types of products
Experience leading and managing complex, cross-functional technical projects
Superior strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor and attention to detail
Strong technical literacy, ability to work closely with engineering and technical teams
Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior stakeholders and external business partners
Proactive self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and adaptable, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments, financial services, or technology sectors
