Responsibilities

Lead a large volume of projects, ensuring they exceed performance indicators such as schedule, budget, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality control

Mentor and supervise senior and junior technical leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Engage with clients through sales calls and presentations to build and maintain strong relationships

Implement a system to accurately forecast fee revenue on a monthly basis, ensuring engineering practices are at the forefront of standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations

Required

Proven successful, robust Project management experience in high-volume large scale programs

In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical degree

Project Management related to Electrical Distribution

Prior experience working directly with Electric Utility clients

Construction related experience
