Full-Time PM Lobby/Public Space Attendant
Pyramid Global Hospitality is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment. They are seeking a full-time Public Space Attendant responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel's lobby and other public areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, corridors, restrooms, and other public areas
Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in public spaces
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows to ensure a pristine appearance
Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and tissues in public restrooms
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager or relevant department
Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
Perform deep cleaning tasks in public areas as required
Participate in housekeeping meetings and training sessions to stay updated on cleaning techniques and standards
Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
Qualification
Required
Customer service professional who is passionate about hospitality
Ability to maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, corridors, restrooms, and other public areas
Experience in cleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in public spaces
Ability to vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows to ensure a pristine appearance
Ability to replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and tissues in public restrooms
Ability to empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
Ability to respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service
Ability to report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager or relevant department
Knowledge of proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and company policies
Ability to perform deep cleaning tasks in public areas as required
Willingness to participate in housekeeping meetings and training sessions to stay updated on cleaning techniques and standards
Ability to perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
