Responsibilities

Build and maintain lasting relationships with professionals and clients across the NY Metro market
Handle full-cycle recruitment and oversee job requisitions for positions ranging from Staff Accountant to CFO
Gain a strong technical understanding of each position while following the client's strategic and financial parameters
Research, identify, and manage client accounts through creative outreach and networking
Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
Conduct interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
Deliver tailored recruitment solutions that exceed client expectations
Negotiate offers and close deals that create lasting partnerships
Stay ahead of market trends and evolving client needs

Required

Bachelor's degree required

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms required
